  1. Just a quick message to WA members, Due to family problems I have not been ale to post stickers as previously said, They will be in the post this week for those expecting them. Also I possibly won't be online for a week or so as we are traveling to perth for medical reasons. Any new requests for stickers or information will be addressed when I return. My appologies for any inconvenience caused but I hope to be back shortly and pick up where I left off. Keep bringing new members in and keep up the posts. Regards Cameron.
  2. Cheers for the invite Dan. Please let us know of any events like this so we can hopefully turn up. As I'm about 200km south of the river I don't think I will be able to attend, But if you let me know inm advance I can put any runs on the calender.
  3. Have you tried the local wreckers? they can sometimes be a gold mine of parts.
  4. :D QUOKKA :bash: QUOKKA :bash: QUOKKA........ can't say it enough if your chasing parts or cars try the quokka. :y:
  5. One step up from talking to your car is talking with a piece of chalk. Tell it if it don't start your gonna draw a cross in the middle of the front bumper and then proceed to kick it with your steel cap boots........works with my "nuttin but twubble" only had to kick it once lol. :P starts every time the chalk comes out now.
  6. Nice links Ratty but why have you not recruited this Perth boy yet? :P ............. Just kidding I have emailed him to let him know about the club and to pass the info to his friends.

If your looking for a whole wagon or panno van the auto trader might be a good place to look, and as Ratty said the quokka is always a good help also. Otherwise get your mum or dad to drive you round the street of Bunno and look for road side sales, might just get lucky.
  8. I'm running a 32/36 dgav webber on my ae82 4ac. If you have the same one you will probably find its from a 2 litre cortina. The carby id should be stamped on the base plate at the front just above where it mounts on the manifold.
  9. I think you will find that most of the application forms for any mods are available for download on the pages supplied by kangarooa.
  10. Sarcasm was noted..........I think there might really be 3 weeks worth of info there. Had a brief squiz through it and there is heaps of stuff there. :P
  11. I'm guessing if you read that monster write up it would tell you how to drift in it somewhere......... but I don't have 3 weeks to find it lol
  12. Found this while surfing, hope someone finds it helpful......lots of reading material just for interest sake if not useful. http://www.club4ag.com/technical_main.htm
  13. Thanks, now to go hit the parts suppliers for what they have to give....well sell anyways. Might even be lucky and find all the right bits in one place......one can only hope. Thanks again. Good to see everyone is as helpful as ever. Cameron
  14. Can someone tell me if it is possible to convert a ae82 '88 rolla sedan to 4 wheel disk brakes? Already has front disks, so I was wondering if the rear can be converted to disk.........if so where can I find calipers, disks, etc.... and will it help improve braking any? Thanks, Cameron.
  15. This topic is for a general area you are from and what you ride is. Hopefully it will let members know a little bit more about each oter and help us all know if there are other members near each other. Also its a place to tell us what you drive and what mods you have done or hope to do in the near future. I'm located in Bunbury in the south west of WA. I'm rolling in a 1988 ae82 Corolla sedan. Currently running a 4-ac engine mostly stock, with a 32/36 DGAV31A webber carbie adapted to fit. I have a 4age motor to pickup in the next week or so. That will be getting rebuilt and a sc12 fitted when I find another one (was sold the day before I had the cash to get it  ) Once finished the motors will be swapped and the 4-ac kept as a spare. I'm running 2 Kicker amps a KX75.2 and a KX150.4. The 75.2 powers a 10" Kicker EX sub, and the 150.4 powers Crossfire true 6.5" mids in the front doors and Kenwood tweeters on dash. It also powers a pair of Ultimate 4" kevlar mids on the rear parcel shelf. Custom front door pods and parcel shelf provide boxes for the midrange speakers improving bass response. The amps have a 1.0 Farad Schneider power capacitor mounted infront of them to stabilize power supply, and help them work as efficiently as possible. Thats about the news on mine so far but I'll keep you posted as things happen. Hope to see some more rides showing up here soon. Cameron
