Just to add my opinion, I really like the spoiler. The KE55 naturally has a strong focal point at the front (the pronounced rectangular shape the bonnet and grill make) so I think the spoiler is simply adding another to the rear, and in a way, balancing out the car. Gorgeous looking car all-round, and I'd consider looking into taking legal action for the repairs. I'll add Buses-R-Us to my list of hated bus companies (FireFly being the sole other recipient of this prestigious award for getting my ticket 2 months wrong and charging me to change it.)

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

It looks okay on the outside, but it's certainly not exactly pristine. Manuals are much more fun to drive, chuck that auto right out, and if you're going to 4AGE it get a better base as everyone is saying because you'll find it will be hard to sell it. Nice rims and lip though.

Silly question perhaps. AE85 Levin listed as 4AC but with 4AGE stamped on the engine. I'd rather ask you guys because I've already semi-disgraced myself here. (I'm not seriously considering this machine due to the botched paint job, but it's good to learn)

It's got a kit and an expensive stereo in it. Shocking orange colour which I would eventually respray to white (kit and bonnet are black). I'd be using it as a daily and for hillclimbs (take stereo out, put stereo back in, repeat). http://images.carsales.com.au/private/2912208.jpg Obviously set up for drift by the current owner. Unsure about rust until inspection.

I've found a 1984 AE86 Levin for around 5k. I understand this model comes with the 4A-C. First of all, is this price (barring mechanical fault) a good one, and also, is the 4A-C a good engine?
