nah just a streeter.. no real purpose for the car.. because we could i guess.

a mate of mine is putting a RB30 in his AE71 atm using an RB20 box. he's had to cut out the trans tunnel right up to the cross brace in the middle as thats where the shifter sits. the rb20 and rb30 blocks are the same size. even to get the motor to fit exactaly 10mm from the firewall and 20mm from the rad support the engine mounts had to lean the engine 70mm fwd then stock mounts. it's really not worth it unless you do all your own fabrication and don't plan on it being legal. think about the lack of powersteering too.

what about buying pre-made collectors? their fairly cheap and easy to obtain. nice work thoe. custom fabs rock!

electronic speedo drivers just screw onto the mount where the cable would normally screw on. i reckon it would have screwed right on with out any mods. if you going to the trouble of putting a pintara center in atleast change the center and axles to skyline. would be easier to just pick up a skyline diff. pintara are 25 spline 2 pinion and weaksauce. skyline are 28spline 4 pinion and i've seen em handle 411kw's with only a minispool.

don't the 2T's come in RWD celica's? thought they were common as cows.. why do you need another radiator? not difficult at all. your in SA. i know a workshop thats done the conversion a few times. he's putting a 3TC in my KE next month.

if your not getting any voltage at the coil run a wire directally from the battery. if it starts sparking then theres obviously a fault with your wire.

i envy your rustless chassis. makes me think twice about spending $$$$ repairing mine then just getting another for the price. very nice 38 :lolcry:

is the rotor button spinning? is there power at the coil? is the coil receiving a negative signal?
