  1. Heard about this on another forum. How anyone can steal something with that poking out the bonnet and not be found is beyond me! Keep an eye out for it.
  2. Yeah. Bottom end just ate a bearing on saturday so all the top end that was just repaired will be going onto a new rebuilt bottom end (ffs). So no progress for a few months while I calm down enough to have it done.
  3. Yeah exhaust has been done before I bought it. Cheers JOLUF for the advice, when I eventually have the car all paid off and everything else done (tint, sound) I might go yella terra and move on from there.
  4. strange as on the Holden Commodore club there are people who have done bought the kit for ~600. Already has the CAI and a higher boost pulley so I may do it. I want this car to beat 219.8 kw atw as that's what a mates vx ss pulls LOL And yes when possible I use 98 octane otherwise I have to use 95. Would shoot my mum if she put in 91.
  5. Been considering getting the yella terra upgrade kit for the supercharger and the roller rockers. However I am hearing mixed responses about them so more research is needed before putting the car in a bad direction.
  6. Felt in the mood to do some quick snaps off of my phone:
  7. You've converted it to manual? Most people I know believe it actually devalues the car as they were only made as automatic and therefore the firewall had to be hacked up to fit all of the manual gear. It is a nice ride once again since its running, am loving it to death (which I also find sad) Next on the list of things to do is redoing all the suspension and sussing out what I need to upgrade the sound system. One good thing about this car is the previous person paid for a professional installation, meaning all the wiring and sound proofing is all in there still.
  8. To me thats a major understatement....
  9. And...I don't remember writing that :jamie:
  10. Fookin drunk atn. wanna hook up with girl mate which is a no no. f@$kin dissapointing only had 2 teds, 6 jim beams and 3 gins n tonics, f#kin light weight atm. Hopeyour all well. ohwell cya lol. fyckin hard editi9ng drunk talk!
  11. Nah I was the guy in the white rodeo ute having a neck craning around checking it out. Had to go drop off the ute otherwise I would have.
  12. Does this now have fenders and were you washing it in Gawler tonight? If so looks rather nice and clean you should be proud :no2:
  13. Can't you ask to be out of it for those 3 hours?
  14. Ah so you made that! Saw it on fb this morning and was curious about it.
  15. Also Rodeo's aren't going to be sold as Holdens anymore anyway. Isuzu now own all rights to them and holdens moved on to their next taste.
  16. It already had a tiny crack in it. Agreed the seals were shite, reminds me of the spoilers on a VT where the holes were drilled and then the seals failed, meaning you would open the boot to have water drip in.
  17. G'day. So back in November I phoned up my mate Murph and asked him to be on the lookout for a VT-VX going for well as I wanted to get something a bit bigger then the rolla I had. Instead get a call from him saying meet me, and have him speed down to Pooraka to show me this VS Statesman. Seeing it straight away I fell for it and (foolishly) bought the Statesman. - Supercharged V6. - 18" Alloys - Clean interior - Tow Bar - All wiring done for Subs Was coming to the point where I had enough money to fix the problems with the engine and had booked it in, later that day the car engine blew! Have taken it into Rhemac at Willaston and so far am quite proud of the service they have offered so far, even though the bill is going to be big. What is damaged/ Needed to be replaced: - Cracked Exhaust Manifolds - Radiator - Heads needed work (valves weren't sitting right) rockers etc etc. - Pulleys and belts within next few months So I'm currently having all of it fixed can't wait to get it back (driving a rodeo ute at the moment :P ) Future plans include: - Upgrade sound System - Replace boot and have complete respray in same colour. - Get the wheels welded up as I believe the previous owner played hit n' miss with gutters. - Thin redwalls on the tyres and leave it as is. PICTURES: And because its a must a picof the Corolla. (Which is going soon).
  18. Good reason for me to restore the Sigma I want to restore. Look at the interior.
  19. They were a suppository aswell...
  20. And on a very random note the car is now trading hands back to KJ as he has a friend needing to learn manual.
  21. WGMG: Missing my statesman. Who would have thought you could miss a holden! Not I! Yet here I am. Sad isn't it.
  22. might wanna change that, clipsals on that day. Even if you hate the sport you have to love the crashes.
  23. WGMG: Just managed to pay off my sister for most of the car loan, and now I'm going to need money to repair it. ($3000 min. to repair) Feel like hunting down the salesman AND the previous owner (if I knew who it was) and getting them to pay for it. Who the hell glues the vacuum hoses on! On a plus side atleast I'll have a nicely rebuilt motor, new radiator and be running MOAR boost!
  24. The efforts you go to with this site astounds me continuously, Great Job! :P
  25. Mmm...Even my sister has said if it comes to the point where I need another job urgently she will even hire me (shes the manager of a subway). Its only the boss and the supervisor that have told me I'm only on call. Everyone else has already started threatening me with death if I even attempt to leave :) . Give it a bit of time and see what happens.
