  4. This is ^^^^ how the old girl looks at the moment. I am very happy with the results. She goes really well for a stock 32 year old automatic. I am the second registered owner. It has just clocked over 105.000km. I replaced all bushes, belts, tyres, brakes, flushed everything I could flush and had a little bit of panel beating done to finish it of. Hope you like it!

The photo below is of a similar car but not the car I bought as it is not home yet. That will happen tomorrow. Cheers

  16. Hi you out there I am not sure where to post this tread. But you might be interested!! I was at Park Ridge wreckers (railwayparade Loganlea QLD) today and saw a beige KE 70 sedan. It has a fair bit of front damage but the rest of the car is immaculate!! Doors and other panels (besides the front) are perfect!! Interior like new Dash like new. 195.000km on the clock. I think its a CS. Tail lights perfect!! I know from experience that they are very reasonable in their prices!!! Bring your own tools!! There is a slant nose bleu one as well but not half as good as this one!!! Good luck and excuses for a possible wrong place for this tread!! Marjanne

I have 35' under my 4wd and according to the gps I am only 10 Km/p out!! With 31's or 32's is even less!! 23. Not piss fating around are you..... :jamie: ;) :'( Nice job
  24. Hi Mate It had never much in the back at all. :'( It was bought Brand New by Uncle ?? ;) . He has used it as his private car. Not as a work car at all.He bought it new in Nundah. He never did much Km's with it and passed away :sob: about 10 years ago. It was passed on to a cousin who intended to keep for his daughter ;) . He put it on brand new tyres, the spare is the original tyre, gave it a service and parked in the garage. When the Daughter (One of my students...Yes yes I am some sort of a teacher :'( ) became old enough to start driving she told her dad that she did not liked the car. He kept it for a bit longer. When He found out that I was running an automotive program for disengaged students he offered me a deal I could not refuse!!!!! So I ended up with this car fel in :P love with it and put it aside in the shed and bought a falcon :jamie: for the boys to work on instead!! However we did an oil and filter change, replaced all hoses, thermostat and housing and put new coolant? in it! It also got a new coil, radiator cap and other little bits. But after a while I realized that I never would find the time to do her justice!! I am in the proces of doing an old Cortina MK1 up love my 4WD, jetski and motorbike!! :) I had quite a few people intersted in the car but only a few wanted to do it up and keep it mostly original. So, I am 99% sure that you will be the second registered owner as the cousin never registered. How ever I am not sure if he ever put the car in his name. I am pretty confident he did not. :y: So keep up the good work!!! :y: :) See yah
