Clutch pressure plate, driveplate, thrust bearing, clutch fork, spigot bearing, manual tail shaft (can get the auto one cut and shut), manual gearbox x-member, slave and master cylinders, pedal box, fly wheel and of course the gearbox.
You can often find manual conversions pop up.
But I'd sugest getting a pit for this. It'll also take you 2-3 days...if you have some idea of what you're doing.
