hmmm 4agze sounds nice. i was thinking of waiting till i get an AE82 hatch to go with the gze. see which comes up first i guess. still, lowering it and upgrading the breaks would definitely be a good starting point BTW. will be taking some more photos of the beast tomorrow. should be posting up very soon! :wink:

yeah the blue is an awesome color on this car. just got to fix up the little rust spots and get the bonnet repainted. then i will be soooo happy :P can't wait to upgrade to a 4a-ge. hopefully won't be too much of a mess doing a convesion. do you know if the engine mounts are the same for the 4a-ge as they are in my car?

Hi Everyone, This is my 3rd corolla so far, the first two being KE70's. haven't made any threads for this yet, although it is only stock atm, so not too exciting :) Currently have a 4ac powerhouse in the engine bay, with stock suspension and sway bars making fast corners a dream :P few bits of rust, mainly around the fuel cap and near the back right wheel arch. I was planning to search for a two door AE82 Hatch, but currently funds aren't permitting this, so I've decided to tinker with this one for now. Current plans are a 4A-GE conversion, lowering, performance exhaust and extractors and a bit of tidying up of exterior paint (cut and polish works a charm), and putting in a proper rubber boot mat. Currently the most expensive thing in this car is the sound system. As the car only cost me $250 to buy of my brother, it isn't hard. I have a Kicker Sub with two kicker 6*9s in the back, I also have two alpine 6" splits in the front. I have a few photos from a recent drive to eildon to show. hopefully will be putting up more pics of the engine bay and interior/sound system soon. Please let me know of any ideas or comments :P

Ive seen it twice now in camberwell whoever it was had aviators on, and was driving a whitish ke70, lowered, looked like deep dish rims, some of that jap spec look stuff hanging off the grill i was in the blue ke70 pig

Got stuck out in mount disappointment state forest, with sh*t all contact, and had to survive for 10 days. mad fun, also marching in the anzac day parade, i go to hold the banner for an entire unit. niice. something only my unit did was the legacy day service at the shrine of rememberance, met the attorney general there. did simulated weapons training, called the WETS, or something, using steyers hooked up as laser guns running around pucka artillery range on patrol was mad fun also all in all cadets was some o the best yrs of my life so far

Thought id create a thread for probably the crappiest Ke70 in here Its light metallic blue, 1.3L 4k powah, completely stock, spray painted stock rims, no mods whatsoever some commonwhore crashed into me, so the doors on the right hand side are stuffed now that i think about it my stereo is probably worth more than the car Plans: nothing. I'm in the market for another ke70, which I'm looking to do up peiod correct style with a 4agze, deep dish rims etc. might in fact be getting rid of my current car and picking up a 99 lancer* as a daily until i find another e70 in good condition. *please forgive me for getting a lance. will never compare to the awesomeness of the ke70! will post pics soon
