  1. Looking good . Thanks for the info.. Cheers Ian.
  2. Very nice Craig..... What are the flare's off....??? I like the Commondore Strut up grade. Whats involved in the ball joint mod.? I have all of this here..... ;) Cheers Ian.
  3. Hey Craig, are you going to move the engine back.? Cheers Ian.
  4. Very nice Craig, A sports sedan for the dirt....should be more of it.. Cheers Ian.
  5. A DCOE Weber or solex style intake with efi throttle bodies would be the go. http://www.efihardware.com/products/c57/4-Cyl-Throttle-Body-Kits like this. Cheers Ian
  6. You can use the exhaust manifold from a 3TGTE. And adapt a 2TG efi inlet for a "factory" look . Or. Use the BRD style inlet and a custom exhaust from Boost manifolds . The inlet from OJ performance looks cool . Ian.
  7. Are we going turbo or N/A..? Cheers Ian.
  8. In all honesty mate i would ask for a dyno hp card, just a gut feeling. I know the induction sound of twins can't be beat. :-) Ian.
  9. KE25_rolla, As far a i know the limit for the single cam in N/A form is the head flow. I have seen a 2t head ports milled and a straight stainless tube tig welded in. Never got to see the end product. I recon the out right flow would be good , but would only work flat out.. :-) Ian.
  10. The Single cam engine in say a 1950cc stroked twin 45's or 48's built right should get about 140 at the treads i don't think any more. The twin cam version's head is a bit better flowing so should see a few more ponys and rpm or a better range of power. Ian
  11. The exhaust bolts up. But the Inlet requires an adaptor plate, it can be done. From what i gather the 2tgue efi intake is better to use as it faces the front of the car. I aslo heard that SR20 intake ports match the "t" series head but i have yet to see it yet. Still to be confirmed. Ian. a quick link... http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/showthread.php?t=6516
  12. Ok....? I was under the impression that approx 720kg was a ke20 weight.
  13. Yeah progess will be a bit slow due to family, work and such but as i have a shed full of left over Celica rally car parts it should not be to bad ;) . As for a buget ..???? well when we rallied a grand a pot was the norm and i'm the labour. So i'm trying to keep it the same excluding an ECU if i go that way. Cheers Ian.
  14. I replied to you QLD reg post, Just check the pollution rules for the 3tc engine. If you use a 2tc block you can get around this issuse,if not i think you need to use the pollution gear that is apropriate for the engine you wish to use. If you wish to go turbo the easy way is to use manifolds from a 3tgte engine with a c18det spec turbo and a ecu of your choice. this would be legal in Qld . Cheers Ian.
  15. I have been following this rule change aswell. As an idea i've been storing and collecting parts for my Ke20. A early pre-pollution 2T block with 3T internals & t50 box. Diff will be a shortend Ra23 celica item. Ke70 front brakes Ra23 drums on rear and a KA laser master cylinder. As a basic start this would be an easy low hassle set up. Also any induction set up would be easy enough and legal. Cheers Ian
