  1. Sorry got stock 5k with 32/36 weber apart from that and extractors completely standard. I'm thinking the sound I'm getting is pinging how do I check? Thinking I will just replace the starter motor and while there check the wiring
  2. So recently bought and had installed a recon 5k motor, had all my old stuff of the 4k put on there. First question is while wearing the motor in like a grandpa ofcourse I've been noticing when I slighty put my foot down while not under load and in low revs I get a loud almost tapping sound? Second question is it worth putting a 5k started motor in or is the 4k one plenty enough? Think my current one is struggling so wanting to replace shortly. Thank you in advance Scott
  3. I may know the reason for this, its Adelaide we don't really have much else to do but look around on the internet trying to amuse are selves. Sorry

  17. Sorry its a ke70, did have a search mate tried ke70 suspension but got nothing so tried ke70 and got endless amounts of pages as suspected. Was purely asking people opinions on what there experiences are, new to this coralla thing and wanna get to know my car and parts which can but upgraded, hence joining the rollaclub!
  18. Also I'm fairly sure my thrust bearing is gone, is it worth replacing that by itself or while out getting the clutch done? What radiator would also be a good upgrade? Whe installing motor was told I'd need one in very near future. thanks again
  19. Yes i have how to much a tough k and the thread but I'm asking from peoples personal experience on there opinions. I have a ke70 with a recently put in recon 5k and 5 speed box, i have extractors and 2inch exhaust and a 32/36 weber. What would people reconmend I could do in the future? I would like to mayb improve steering, handling and braking but not looking at spending the world. Are there interchangable parts from other models or series that would improve the stock without the price tag? thanks in advance Scott
