  8. Our uncle, a 30-year-experience electrician, came up yesterday to have a look at it, played with a few wires, and it starts now. Had it running for 10mins solid tonight, so we're stoked. Only problems now is Stale Fuel and Smoke coming out of the exhaust. :) Woz, Josh and Joel.
  9. Apparently (from what I remember) the TCCAV have a lawn bowls event later this year. Might go to it in the panelvan with the 13s and the hubcaps on it, and maybe the sun-visor on it too. :) Josh

  15. There's no spark whatsoever. The distributor it's wired to the negative part of the coil, and there's nothing wired to the positive part of coil. The points seem to be gapped directly. There's power at the ignition, but none at the distributor or coil at all.
  16. There are more pics of the KE30 2-door in the rides thread "The Joely-Rolla". :) Josh
  17. Cheers Zowie. :y:
  18. Yes, we took out the Farm-spec Filter before trying to start it. PM sent for the glass. :) Josh
  19. Nothing much new to update, other than driving her, taking photos of her, and getting a KE30 2-door for my younger brother Joel. Been getting some good photos (not bad for phone), and thought I'd share with you's. Coming home from the Melton Tabcorp Car Show. At the top of Jackson's Hill in Sunbury (tried to get a good city shot, but didn't happen). In the sun-light out front of the house. Next to the Joely-Rolla. Josh
  20. Cheers Ben. :y: We've thought about throwing on the hubcaps with the granny-visor for shiggles. If we like it, we'll keep the look, and add some low and maybe whitewalls. :) We had no idea about the "L" badge, but it's good to see that someone does. After reading that, being the basic model, the "L" badge will be coming off now. :D Woz, Josh & Joel.

  23. thanks but its not explaining the way our ke 30 is wired i realy need to get a diagram that shows clearly the wire from the distributor and the positive and negitive wiring on the coil i would go lift joshs bonnet but the loom on the ke30 looks totaly differant to the ke 36 loom cheers woz
  24. It does look like another Smurf, but Joel wanted "Joely-Rolla". Plans at this stage, are to try and fire up the 3K, and cut out the rust and weld in new panels. For the motor, slap Extractors and a Holley 180 onto it. For the body, fix rust and dents, and respray in either Midnight Blue, or a Bright Yellow of some sort. For the interior, try to keep the leather in good condition, and fix the cracked dash, and seat covers to protect the seats. Woz, Josh & Joel.
  25. Cheers Carlos. :y: This one is a really good farm-find, and has plenty of potential. We've started some Wanted/Help ads for this beast. Below are links of the threads. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
