  2. Hey guys spotted a 78 cressida 5 speed at the wreckers today. Its a 4m with a 5 speed. And the lady owner drove it to the wreckers and took the plates off. If anyone wants the wreckers number let me know
  3. Hey guys I have a 4k from a ke70 that I want to put in a ke20 with a 2 speed toyoglide. Is there anything that doesn't match up? Or any parts that wont fit? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers brendan
  4. the crew......some of which are no longer in the land of the living.....RIP
  5. well it all depends on what you want really, and if they are factory size tyre for the car. another thing to consider if they are factory size changing to a different size may affect your insurance? if not you could try a 225/45R17, or a 235/40R17, which shouldnt alter the speedo, will just be slightly wider than the ones you had on i think?
  6. So I'm guessing you all know what fapping is then :)
  7. I don't even have a design yet, just ideas .
  8. We should really change this to a nerf thread yoda :) I'm actually thinking of custom making one with an interchangeable barrel and compressed air so i can shoot darts and paintballs. Bit crazy but i want to try something different
  9. Hey yoda what has the best range out of all of them? I'm guessing longstrike or longshot?
  10. They have the forum, or the group on facebook mate. And toy yoda, holy shit! Do you mod any of yours?
  11. Yeah the chances are slim. Would be cool though, and with 2 kids and a wedding coming up i don't think i will be moving to scotland. I'm just making do with the next best thing at the moment: nerf guns :)
  12. I just think its a load of crap that the government wont allow them here. There are many ways to get around the whole too realistic part of it, they must be a bunch of tight asses that don't believe in change
  13. Hey guys and gals. I am still new to the idea of airsoft so bear with me. There are a lot of people around australia that are pushing to lift the law against airsoft in australia, and have been for some time. I reckon it would be an awesome sport to have over here, and if anyone is keen on signing up there is an airsoft australia website where you can find all the info on how to help the cause. Www.airsoftaustralia.com.au is the name of the site. Cheers brendan.
  14. Well if i get to go out this weekend i will take some shots of what i have out there. Its having carby problems atm so need to get that sorted first
  15. Hmm i will see how i go mite be out this weekend
  16. This is probably going to be a stupid question, but since all the panels are already shagged, could you cut the panels off and leave the frame on and reinforce the frame? I haven't had a real good look at it so i don't know if the panels are load bearing?
  17. I had thought of that after watching that vid a while ago. I guess it would be the least costly way of doing it. I just want to make it as light as possible
  18. As for somewhere to drive it my parents own a 90 acre property full of contour banks and gullies. And with the body, if we cut everything out beside essentials, could a roll cage welded in keep it rigid enough?
  19. hey there rollaclubbers. i have been thinking about building some sort of buggy for a while now. and we have a ke70 at our disposal with a rooted body but good running gear. has anyone attempted to remove the body from the chassis on a keto before? and how hard would it be? I'm mad keen on getting stuck into this thing, and building some sort of rollcage too. if anyone can shed some light it would be awesome. cheers brendan

  23. when i first started fitting tyres i was on about 300 a week. not the best pay, but it payed the bills at the time. tyre fitting is a much of a muchness really. slogging your ass of fitting truck and tractor tyres for 300 a week isnt worth it. if its just car and small truck by all means go for it. also, maybe ask the employer if he is willing to take you on full time not as an apprentice, the pay is abit better. depending if you want a little piece of paper at the end of it to say that you can fit a tyre, i didnt see the point. also evan G, the one you were talking about in the first page that nearly took your head off, was a spyder rim, and yes it would have done serious damage if one of those metal claws flew out and hit you. i have been a fitter for over 4 years now, and i have seen some wild shit over my time. i also noticed someone mentioned tyre fitting being repetative? and he is pretty much right, you will end up doing jobs without even realising it. i don't know if anyone knows of the superior tyres shop that used to be in clontarf? i worked there for a while, saw a few rollas come through there. kinda wish i was back up there amongst it all. anyway this post is getting abit long now..
  24. bump down to 8000 now guys really need to sell to get family car
