from first glance you have to say its the first 1 but there are many subtle differences like: genuine mirrors mounted in the correct place steering wheel engine gear box vent on C pillar is black interior different colour and different seats rear drums aren't yellow grille is pink. debadged Y PERVE sticker so really its any ones guess whether its the same car or whether some has made the effort to change all these little things

my car is known as KPR-01N (number plate) it has 18 by 7's i think. major guard pumping involved. and 10mm spacer

as stated 04 forester rear suspension is knocking and sloppy if that makes sense. anyone know the common faults with them? its an 04 2.5X N/A auto. 170,000 k's.

the best way about is either DIY or getting a mate to do it. from my experiences panel beaters don't like to do it as it may seem a small job but it may expand to a full on repair all rust. I know Rare Spares do have a section for supplying rust replacement panels i'e small sections on metal designed to replace the most common rust areas in a car however i have noticed that this mostly catered to the aussie muscle cars and the like not so much to the jap cars but it might be worth a try

haha if I had a camera with me there would be a 100 updates a day and the camera on my phone couldn't zoom far enough. I'll be going back there next week for work so I'll invest in a camera to take with me.

also i noticed an early jap skyline (datsun) 4-door. any one know much about them? motor? value? collectibility i.e how rare? its at a place called bribberee which is 100 miles from no where so i want it to be worth my while to go look at it. similar to these

well technically yes i can as in i have approached the owners and they are interested in selling but what price i will give and what they want is usually the biggest obsticle. yeah the RX4 is the coupe. i did an RX3 and 808 combo a few months back and i almost lost money on the 808 despite being the better body where as the RX3 made 80% profit. the TA22 is missing the front RH guard and havent done research on how hard they are to get

as u can see in my signature i'l be selling the XP shortly. and am on the hunt for the next two vehicles to put thru. i have the option on TA22 celica, datto 240Z or a couple of EH holdens one sedan one wagon. or RX 4 that ive already got at home Votes please

now that would be very serious. i can understand y he would of been. luckily I'm a very happy go lucky person so it takes a lot to get me down. but being a dad and seeing a mother so show so little consideration for her family it really got me down but as I was told to tell myself she was in the car driving not me i didnt do it she did.

it was in the moderate to heavy populated area near sydney. not allowed to say due to a police investigation which is involved. I consider my self lucky that I drive bulk and container trains and only go in to Metro area once a week. but according to company survey there is a "jumper" almost everyday and thats only with my company so there is obviously more. Irokin FYI empty train with 40 wagons is about 970 tons with a length of about 750m and a 40 loaded wagons can weigh 2800 tons up to a round 9000 tons. now anyone that is crazy enough to do the tango with that then just make sure I'm not in it please. And thank u for your concerns of my mental well being. nothing another trip to the shrink can't fix. it worked last time. yes it wasn't the first time it has happened to me. last time it was a mother who ran the lights with her three kids in the car. thankfully no one was seriously hurt but the car was a write off

stupid car drivers who think that they can race a train at the crossings. I'm a train driver and I'm telling everyone I know don't race it because it isn't worth it and we do not stop And also the the selfish people who see it fit for them to jump in from of the train for their own personal gain (suicide) I'm NOT TRYING TO SOUND HEARTLESS. but it has to be said after that exact thing happened to me this morning. And also my deepest sympathies go out to those that have been affected by this sort of thing

MicMac touched on the whole "what the wrong pressure can do" if you have too high of a PSI the centre of the tread will expand greater then the outer edges which will cause the tyre s to go bald thru the middle of the tread and too low will cause the opposite to happen you will round off the edges of your tires and will go bald on the outer edges. and the reason why people understeer on higher pressures is because there is less of the tyre on the road to make traction. Keep in mind when setting tyre pressures that the air inside of the tyre will expand and shrink with heat so a hot day and doing a long trip and then checking the PSI it may be around the 40PSI mark even tho u may usually only run 30 - 32 PSI

also another reason they get stuck as suggested before the surface rust from steel rim and steel hub causes them to hold it together. Who knew rust will hold your car together and the other times it makes it fall apart

the only rust you will get is surface rust but if you don't get in it straight away it turns bad quickly. i got done a mazda RX3 full stripped down shell a Mazda 808 (4 door rx3) and the rear half of a vk commodore and it cost me $2500 and thats with the primer but that was a package deal that i did with him as he wanted to use the vk as i demo for a promo event that he did but i assume it wasn't much of a price difference

what about they rays mesh but with black centers? or would that be too much of a color mix up? how do you go about painting the centres?

hey ive had a few of my other cars soda soda blasted which is the latest craze, there are a few panel beater shops that do sand blast but no many i wouldn't think. also most places will then after they have sandblasted or soda blasted they then lay down a coat of primer to protect the bare metal. Obviously go talk to them before you take them just to see how the want to to bring the car in as some place prefer just the shell nothing else where as others will allow a rolling shell
