I was trying to explain the concept of rollaclub to a mate the other day. After crapping on for about five minutes about how good my next car is going to be, this numpty F**K had the nerve to ask me if i could afford a rolls-royce!

It was then i realised the vast majority of people don't know what a 'rolla' is.

Does anybody think this is cause enough for me to never speak to this person again?

Has anybody else had this happen to them?

Any real car enthusiast knows that a Rolls-Royce is called a Roller, and a Corolla is a Rolla.

 

If they don't know that, ignore them, and never trust their advice on anything car-related

So explain to me how they are supposed to know the difference between roller and rolla when you are talking to someone?

Anyone that says rolla or roller in a sentence is going to say it exactly the same when they are casually talking, this is Australia guys, don't expect anything different

Thats why it's easiest just to say Rolls when referring to a Rolls-Royce. Everyone will understand that

Or to avoid any confusion, you could just say Rolls Royce when referring to a Rolls Royce, and Corolla when referring to a Corolla, no one will get confused then. IS NICE!!
