May 5, 200719 yr comment_175744 Teddy's white KE70 had some rust coming back out around the fuel filler lid so we decided the other weekend to give it another bash and bog to make it look a bit more respectable. Started to peel off the bubbling rust and we gave it a good grind back so we could slap some fibreglass bog into it. Then it had another layer of body filler and a coat of undercoat put over it. May 5, 200719 yr comment_175778 You must teach me how to bog like that. I suck at the bogging. I think my mixture is wrong? I can never seem to quite get it right... Report

May 7, 200719 yr comment_175997 why did you not treat it with anything to stop the rust coming back? Report
May 7, 200719 yr Author comment_176009 Rust is not going to come back through that fibreglass bog... Report
May 7, 200719 yr comment_176012 but it will rust under the bog and push the bog out in time unless the metal is treated. Report
May 7, 200719 yr Author comment_176023 Yes "in time" but its going to last ten times longer than the first bash and bog job it had. Report
