demuire Posted September 21, 2004 Report Posted September 21, 2004 I may be putting an order through to them soon, if I do does anyone want anything? Save on shipping and stuff :P Oh yeah, if you don't know who they are, this is their website: http://www.technotoytuning.com/ They make nice things. I've seen their short shift kit and I've seen their RCA's, and they're really very nice :) Quote
Teddy Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 :P ...credit card... :) & I'm broke anyway, but thanks for the offer fook :jason: :D Quote
Medicine_Man Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 $109 (Is this $US?) I'd be very interested in one of these if i could get some money up, how soon you intend on ordering? Quote
irokin Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 (530) 626-7334 looks like a US number to me...bugger...I was thinking of accually buying some camber tops but $220+ is a bit rich... Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 USD220 for a brand new set of camber tops isn't actually all that bad. Have you ever priced a set of KMac or Noltec ones? Last time I checked they were about AUD400+ Justin: Really don't know. At the moment debating if I should order the stuff now and pay the extra $30 or so in postage and get it sooner, or if I should wait till I go to the US at the end of the year and get it then... But that would mean I'd have to carry the stuff back too, and I don't like carrying lots of stuff when I travel... Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 Right, I believe the order is going in before the end of next week (along with another big order). At this stage it looks like I'll be finalising my order on Wednesday (29th). All monies have to be paid upfront. At this point it looks like we'll be using ground freight (approx 4-6 weeks shipment), it's by far the cheapest. We're ordering a fair number of things so hopefully they'll give us a discount, and who knows maybe we might even be able to throw it on airmail (3-5 days) for the same price if we're lucky... Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 (edited) Irokin: BTW, where did you get $220 from? http://www.technotoytuning.com/t3_site_pag...ber_plates.html They list it for USD170 (AUD241)? With applications for AE86 Corolla, KP61 Starlet, Mango Corolla, S13 240SX, 73 Celicas, Datsun 510. What is a Mango Corolla? I would assume this is a TE27? Edited September 22, 2004 by demuire Quote
irokin Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 220 is just my rough conversion.... Bit rich for me...maybe no for others.... Quote
irokin Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 * Ni Nana / Mango (TE27) - Corolla / Sprinter (1972~1974) * San Nana / Mango (to some groups) (TE37) - Corolla (1975~1977) Sprinter (TE47) Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 Oh, you meant AUD220 :P Sorry, a bit slow here :) Quote
mumblezzz Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 oh yeah! you know i'm up for that. Put me down for a shifter bushing, spin turn knob, 75mm boss extension, camber tops and 2 7mm spacers 220 for new camber tops is a farking bargain. Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 (edited) Paul: No probs. So that'll be USD264.75, which with current exchange rates is AUD375.32. I'm not sure how much shipping is yet - I'll let you know. Will need payment in advance too... Edited September 22, 2004 by demuire Quote
demuire Posted September 22, 2004 Author Report Posted September 22, 2004 Short shift kit, neg camber RCA's. I'd love to get some of those quad throttle body adapters too, but hmm, no money :P Quote
ae71neo Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 (edited) yeah $220 is awesome for brand new ones, where people sell second hand cusco for $250... oh oh and spin turn knob. Ill let you know if I'm in. Edited September 22, 2004 by ae71neo Quote
mumblezzz Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 What struts are you using in the front of the corolla Fook? I'd make sure the NRCA's will fit before purchasing. Quote
