Meant to hear last friday if we got final approval on our homeloan (so we can finish up the contracts and start the final settlement process)

don't worry banks, f@$ked us around too. :P And the conveyancer. All over the first home buyers grant. We ended up having to borrow some money off my partner's dad so we settled in time. Bank stuffed up twice and conveyancer forgot to tick a box on the third lot of paperwork (she gets paid a shitload of money here, she's not allowed to make 'mistakes' like that).

 

Not to mention that our lease ended the following monday and we didn't even know if the house had settled by 5pm on Friday. Next house we get we're doing all the paperwork ourselves. :D
