S13/R32 Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 nah this is a starlet or Glanza http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/priva...=3&trecs=77 pretty much what i plan on doing for my next car (most likely not to that extent tho) 1.3ltr seems pretty good at the moment with petrol prices
wasfishing Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 well adam ill make a few calls 2day and hopefully i can get rid of a wreck 2day so i hav more space, when you say you don't want to see it wrecked does drifting it count as wrecking it?
ancullen Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 I'm not a fan of drifting as it seems to result in far too many crashes and panel damage. But if you buy it, it's your car to do what you want with. It would just seem a waste to do any damage to such a good example of an AE71. Sure panels can be replaced, but it's a good example not requiring much work to be an excellent example. It's up to you though.

And the Panda paint job and black bonnet looks terrible! Edited June 18, 2007 by ancullen
wasfishing Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 well I'm not planning on crashing, not really a full on drift car just a car with decent power to start learning. How much would u want for a gearbox?
ancullen Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 I've seen them in Adelaide for $550, but that's with a bellhousing (which this doesn't have). $300-350???
wasfishing Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 hmm don't think i can afford it anymore ive got to much on my plate atm and don't really hav the space or time, But thanks for the offer
ancullen Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 Doh. Okay then, anyone else interested? You'll need to be quick before I work out a way to keep the AE71, the KE55, AND the new project.
Rusty Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 dannos 4k rolla has way more power since i added the custom racing stripe :)
ancullen Posted June 18, 2007 Report Posted June 18, 2007 LOL!!! He needs as much as he can get! I think I might have to just hurry up and buy a new house with a BIG shed for all my projects. :)

wasfishing Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Can i move in lol what a sik shed, i wana get like one of those buisness things with the big shed and office (house) would be sik
ancullen Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 I actually won't need that many doors - or quite that much size. I'm thinking of something about two car lengths deep, maybe less (probably about 10-12m) and about 12-15m wide. Possibly with car port extentions on one side, but it'll depend on cost. Alley and I are most likely going to stay in the current place for 6-12 months and buy a five acre block. I'd prefer something established, but we are looking at having a place built - it'll just depend on what the bank says we can spend.
imnost Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 mmmm thats big I'm git a r31 skyline to drift soon so what do i need to go drifting i have race gear tks matty
Rusty Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Helmet, Long Shirt, Long pants, enclosed shoes, crap tyres and a working handbrake should do the trick :)
