ke20rolla Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 Hi all just wondering what you all think of the new model corolla? I quite like the hatch myself. Quote
JiP Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 The hatch is fugly. I like the look of the sedan. Tho from a certain angle it looks like a hyundai, which is bad. Quote

benzo Posted November 8, 2007 Report Posted November 8, 2007 My opinion. All new Rollas are ugly. Cheers, Ben. Quote

LittleRedSpirit Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 They are FWD, but this is only a problem if you want to do donuts and drifting. You can tune for handling very well with fwd. Ive seen one pop up once that looked hot. Sedan shape, full kit, gunmetal respray, rims, suspension tuning. Looked awesome. Absolutely awesome. Have a google for some inspiration. Quote

Hi Power racings Honda CRX is testament to that. They run 57s around QR sprint with a NA B20 and RE55S semis. Its never broken down either! Id still prefer a RWD though... Quote
Taz_Rx Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 Yeah that was more of a person preference statement than anything. Don't get me wrong I'd drive one, if it was my missus' car! I just wouldn't buy one for myself. Rather drive the '55! 8| How good would it have been though if they had of kept cars like corolla and celica etc rwd like ke's! :hmm: Quote
ke11restorer Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 Hee Heee. U can still drift in a fwd. 8| Well, at least get it sideways. My laser does it, cruise around 60-80kmh on a nice wide open rd Then full lock to full lock the wheel :hmm:  Quote
