I put both pull to ground and powered trigger wiring on it.

 

Have a look at NickZ's comments on page one about grounding pin 87. :P

the relay you use is normal relay? or relay that it's 87 & 87a are contacted though no current applied..?

howd you make a home made limiter?? do you need a rev gauge for it to work?

read from the thread from the start. need tacho and shift light.

Yes just a normal 'change over' relay. Which should only have power on 87 OR 87a at one time (with power coming from 30).

You need to check it first as some relays are made for driving lights and will power both 87 & 87a so you can just run a wire to each light.

HOW WOULD THIS COMPARE TO A BEE*R LIMITER?

 

WOULD I BE ABLE TO DRIFT BETTER WITH THIS IN MY STOCK KE70 WITH THE AUTO?

 

I REALLY NEED A REV LIMITER BECAUSE I KEEP OVER REVVING IT BECAUSE ITS SO RESPONCIVE

sorry for digging up the old thread, but i have a question. i have a relay stating '30' '87' '85' '86' will i be able to hook the negative coil to 30 on the relay, then 87 to ground, then what deos the shift light wire go to? number 85, or 86? can i hook the 30 and 87 up, then trial and error with a wire straight from the battery to either 85 or 86? probably have no idea what I'm talking about ha but worth a try. cheers
