I think the thread got more interesting when they were comparing the 4AG with the B16.

I'm starting to grow a big soft spot of Honda's ... specially the integra's .. painted white, massive rims, clear lights at the back, tinted windows... Turbo VTEC ... oh yeh :insane:

a turbo integra type r motor, i don't see it. as they are high revving N/A based motor, i would leave them N/A.

 

not saying its not possible to turbo them...

apparently VTEC & Turbo go hand in hand.. high revs with a turbo to get u there quicker is awesome :insane:

I dunno...honda motors are worked off their tits from factory. Alot of honda guys that change VTEC camshafts end up going backwards and making things worse. I mean wheres the fun in _trying_ (usually in vain) to try and pull more power out of them.

That's true. A lot of people change their exhausts etc to try to pull more power, and end up getting less. Honda put a lot of thought and technology into their cars from factory, so unless you really know what you're doing, chances are you'll just make it worse.

 

Has anyone seen those Honda FWD drag cars from the US? Talk about MAD.

theres no doubt hondas engineers are amoungst the best in the world.

but they still arnt toyotas!

 

dunno bout you guys but my love of toyotas is an emotional thing, logic or engineering doesnt come into it!

besides i know toyotas. but I'm not gunna bag hindas, drove a mates vtec integra the other day. was good. very good.
