Hey man

Nah i'm definatly not going to do any cutting. Othewise i'll have to pay Kevin a fortune to fix it LOL. I'm just going to see if i can unplug enough to pull the engine bay stuff out but if not then i'll take your suggestion ang put all the wires in a bag or something and tape it up nice and tidy so i can get it sprayed at least

And Luc, I didn't take any photos of the dummy fit, I was only going to take them when i do the actuall fit but i'll send them to you personally as soon as i do it :)

Well i thought i'd post up a bit of my progress in the last week or so

As previously mentioned, Mick & Marty came over to give me a hand cutting out that horrible rust spot and then welding up all the little useless holes

Since then i have basically removed everything from the engine bay, Brake booster & lines, Fuel lines (almost, still have to take the steering box out to remove the line) all wiring, removeable plates from the firewall wiper motor & washer bottle and all the little clips everywhere and also the front gaurds

I also spent a few minutes with the wire wheel to see how well it removed the paint, as you can see in the photos, it does a good job

So tomorrow i'll degrease the bay and cut the hole for the hydrolic clutch and then i can begin taking the paint off the rest :P

And also a pic of my new intercooler :P

Enjoy some pics

Cheers - Andrew
