how do you take the water tube off the bonnet??

 

so i can get the bonnet off?

 

like where it is connected for the water to go on the windscreen help pleasee wanting to do it asap

Should be pretty obvious mate.

There should be a clear (or brown by now) hose running the the under side of the bonnet, disconnect this from the bonnet, or from the pump on the bottle.

that was the question lol how do you disconnect the hose? because it wont just pull out??

 

 

Might have to cut it off and then get some new stuff, its pretty cheap! :sob:

i want to do it so i can get the bonnet off to sand underneath it, i hvnt done much to the car lately with dad doing his stuff (bodywork etc) so i wanna show that i am capable lol

 

hope he wont get annoyed if i cut :hmm: ill give it til 12 if no one says a way to get it off ill just cut :cool:

You gotta think the plastic is like 30 years old....... so its gunna be bloody hard to get off!

If you cut it right against the plastic fitting, then when you remove the remnant left behind, you should have enough left to just reattach.

or a lighter, its alot easyer to put back on (if ur reusing the old stuff) if you heat up the little bit that conects back onto the window washer.

 

if you heat it up life is just that little bit easyer
