2000 Corolla - AE112R Seca

7AFE

 

purchase car with:

cat back exhaust

King Spring lows

has mazda 15" alloys

6 x 9s in rear shelf

JVC deck

 

Done since purchased:

LED Parkers

Jap Replacement bulbs (HID wannabe's) - high and low beam

POD with custom piping

Clarion Deck

Blue LED Dash conversion

Cut n Polish hatch as was debadged but not cleaned

polished aluminium n Carbon fibre gear knob

Chrome indicator bulbs

 

umm can't memba anything else atm....

the outside is fine, , no need to take it off, I just wanted to check out how you fitted it (I think mine is dodgy),

 

 

and yes Hiro, that is what I meant!

Have a look in my member's ride thread, should be a picture there of how mine fits. Basically it's just a hole drilled in the pipe, you pull the sensor and the rubber bung out of the airbox and plug the whole thing in, that way it's sealed and sits nice and tight. Right at the limit of the wiring length though

just drilled a hole half a mil smaller than the actual sensor and pushed it in and siliconed it in....

 

Haha.... I totally agree. Probably got air conditioning too, and even them fancy windows that go up and down by themselves. |blink|

 

Looks cool though. Good job Rhys.

gday all....

 

update time....

 

Subs running, just need to put in splits and wire them....

 

all cabling run bar 1 power....

 

System:

Clarion DB256 Head unit

2 x 10" ADS R10s Subs

Soundstream "lil wonder 2" 4 channel

Soundstorm monoblock

 

Things to come:

Splits: Soundstream until i make pod for my SEAS Lotus 6.5" splits

 

 

Have a show n shine this sunday and will try and take some decent pics if the weather is good....
