Hello well i will start by introducing myself my name is mark but my friends call me hush on account i like to chat ALOT :no2:

ok like most people i am new here and new to toyotas, i grew up around cars but didnt listen or learn much so i thought i would jump on here and talk to the experts

i just received this car on friday its a ke10 i belive am starting a complete rebuild starting with full metal strip down

so i will jump on here and add new pics as we go along and i will be asking all sorts of odd questions so please bare with me.

To many i need to sit and decide what exactly

its very straight i couldnt belive how good it was i am only the third owner its all original except the motor but i have the original motor and wheels for it.

i also have the owners manual its in overrated condition just a little discoloured

Yep thats a KE10 alright. Maybe a late one due to the grille, or an early one with the late 10 or 11 grille installed.

 

Either way it's a gem and I'm jealous. I'd love that owner's manual.

Fantastic! looks like a 67, whats the first 3 digits on the vin??

Have a look in the Rollaclub database (add your car on the end), it will help you figure out when your car was made.

 

Edit: Chobis, they come up on ebay fairly regularly.
