oh what a nissan feeling! Posted December 17, 2008 Report Posted December 17, 2008 I rang my engineer yesterday regarding this thread. He said the queensland rules are NOT changing to the national code, they remain exactly how they are. He said they will not change in the foreseeable future, and if they did he would be the first to know. So disregard the table found in the national code, and continue to use the queensland rules as quoted previously in this thread. Quote

oh what a nissan feeling! Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 Agreed. someone has got it wrong. It doesnt affect me personally, so i guess i will just wait it out. The national code is much more attractive for small cars, but it kills the :y:, so i hope my engineer is right for the v8turbo crowd. :) Quote
D1doony Posted December 18, 2008 Report Posted December 18, 2008 ignore the haters, 1uzfe f@$ken do it. you might have seen this vid, its almost as responsive as a 4age, twice the pistons, twice the evertyhing and about 5x the power, and probalby one of the best sounding v8's going around. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Toyota-...e-with_7172.htm *** sick if you ask me. love ke70 Posted December 22, 2008 Report Posted December 22, 2008 the vans are lighter. mine weighs in at 980 with me in it and a full tank of fuel, so thats gonna be 870 without fuel or passenger, not to mention a 20 kg tool kit, so 850. thats alot less than a sedan. although this panelvan doesnt have a spare on it, but 13's weigh fark all anyway.
