Heater lines now sorted out, just need to nut out a lower hose from work and all is done there.

 

Also, got my inlet manifold back from being tig welded and machine faced,looks trick now, had to put in shorter head bolts as i have removed the TVIS on this engine. polished up the old throttle body too, looks much cleaner now

Wiring has started, still a long way to go though, looks scary, lol, also exhaust to fit up then should be able to hit the key :wink:

Fuel system almost done

 

Hunting down an exhaust manifold at the moment, gee these are tricky suckers to find... anyone got a spare??

 

Should have Nik around here in the next week or so to wire up, and should be all a goer!

Sourced some TRD copies today, all bolted up now.

 

Waiting on a bloke to come wire up, and waiting on my modified clutch slave line (have an ADM box) and modified fuel line.

 

Might be a slight possibility it will hit the streets this weekend.... might

Was told its over-rated for what it is, so i removed it..

 

As for changes, had to get inlet manifold tig welded to fill up a couple of holes, also shorter manifold studs :D

Fuel lines all sorted

Headers mounted up

Clutch bled with new braided clutch slave line

Oil in

Water in

 

All that awaits is a wire up tomorow night and hit the key!

 

Then off to mr exhaust shop to get old two inch system modified to suit new headers

I did when I got "Dirt's" exhaust done. Got some hell funny looks from pedestrians! :jamie: This was when

I lived at CAI though so it was just a quick put down Charles st and around the corner to Midas.
