Wow. It's got lots of rust. Good luck mate! Hope you plan something cool for this one

no nothing i just thought guys new everythn bout cars thats all.

As far as I know the only way to determine the difference between a late KE70 and an AE71 is to look under the bonnet

or maybe some subtle differences in the interior.

You can tell by the different plastic air things on the rear pillars, the badges on the front fenders, whether it is slanty or flat, or if its a sprit it has to be an ae71, or under the bonnet

And no guys do not know everything about cars, and if you know a guy who thinks he does he is a tool and I already don't like him

how much did u pick it up for?

$400, with brand new 3 months rego, the Momo Steering wheel + Boss Kit, Two Brand new tyres on the front, 2 Funkoars CDs that I found when I was cleaning it out, and about 10 bucks worth of 5,10,20 and 50c pieces

Nice car David but this must have as much if not more rust than the last one

Aha I know man, some major reinforcement work needs to be done here, defs has more rust than the last one.

I love finding money in cars, its the best part of buying a car when you clean everything out for the first time hahaha

In my silvia, I finally got a disc out of the dvd player today, the people that owned it before me were like o the dvd player dosent work it wont read discs or eject them

Today i pulled out 3 cd's and a dvd out of it

Its designed to take one at a time

I laughed

Don't be suprised if all those spots continue to rust and cracks out all of the bog.

Or one decent bump and your car is going to look like a block of swiss cheese again.

Did you ever put any rust converter/fish oil etc on it before bogging?

Yep, well aware of that mate, and yes the steel bars were welded in to reinforce the rear. Used kill rust and special primer. :jamie:

:)

buy a panelvan next and trick i out, i think you deserve to treat yourself, get a panelvan, a 5k, a turbo and a nice t50

I was actually considering a Panelvan ;) And I was day dreaming the other day... 5K, Supercharged, Weber, Extractors. Just for a little bit of fun. But that will be in a few months... as the new car will be requiring alot of moneys put into it. ;)
