EVERYTHING IN THE CAR HAS BEEN MADE FROM SCRACH THE ONLY THINK I BOUGHT PRE FABBED WAS THE 4 LINK KIT WE BENT THE CAGE UP MADE THE HOOP BARS THAT GO OVER THE DIFF EVEN THE FLOOR IS ALL BENT UP ON THE FLOOR TO SUIT !!!

 

AKB IS A MASTER OF FABRICATION STAY TUNNED GUYS AS I'm REALLY GOING TO GET STUCK INTO THE CAR IN THE NEST 2 WEEKS ( THE GIRL LEAVES FOR OVER SEAS)

going to use the stock steering box but mod it with a compertion engenering kit that will make the wheel position more user friendly :lolcry: there around 300 from vpw

Is the bottom rear of the car painted as it looks mad, Please tell me that you aren't filling in the rear wheel arches.

just the light from the roof thats only a etch primer on the car it coverd so well and so easy to paint as for the wheel arches tubs will get made up threw the week or weekend i guess would be nice to leave it open and a clear boot lol

 

the wheel arches go up to the rear window i wanted to go above the window

Ok, Where the bar is sitting in the wheel arch I thought you were going to fill it in, I reckon that shadow looks good, Adds a whole new line to the car.

 

By the way, Who is building the 26/30?

ohhh shit sorry the bar in the wheel arch is to find the center man so we can make a mark on it and find the center on both sides for the diff :wink: its just there temp that all

 

yeah well the paint stripper is a DOG but it took I'm guessing around 25 hours to get the body where it was between me and my mate we did the doors and engine bay today the front guards the day before and the body a few saturdays ago yes it would of been easy to get it blasted but more fun haven a laugh with a mate and saving 1000 bucks

 

the bottom end is my little project i think about it most nights took me a long time to get the right info on how to make 1000 hp with out having to pull it down every weekend

 

as for the head my mate is in japan right now and coming back in december with my parts cams cam gear and valves and springs for under a grand lol
