ive been searching for a tacho dash for my 55 and found a ke35 sr coupe dash in NZ

hte guy wants $190 for the fascia and cluster and i was wondering if that was a reasonable price for it?

and that includes the shipping to

won't find many over here, and its probably cheaper than finding in Japan.

 

not sure what wiring you'll have to add to it if any.

I'd grab that asap. I was looking for over a year for one of them but gave up and fitted a small vdo tacho instead. Great find buddy, make sure to put up some pics when its done.

I picked mine up from the dump when it was a real trash and treasure

But the fascia was all smashed up

Just thought it was '35 cause dad and i pulled it from a '35

Na the SR dash has 3 equal size guages. Speedo, Tacho & Fuel/temp with the clock on one of the sides and the warning lights on the left hand side.

well the guy emailed me, he got the money and the dash will be posted tomorrow hopefully

and should be here in 5-7days :yes:

its in woodgrain finish atm, but nothing a little paint can't fix :wink:

well excitement for me today as i checked my mail to see that the dash had arrived :)

apart from the woodgrain (which was glued on) falling off a little, which was going to be painted anyway its sick

and having a look at the back of the dash cluster to, it looks like all the wires are made to plug into the standard wiring loom?

ill have to pull the old dash off tonight to check, but hopefully its a bolt in procedure :P

Doubt it will "bolt in" re-wiring probably as a minimum.
