maybe he means software suites? they've digitised secret agents, now they can infiltrate our homes via our CAT-5 cable. See, this is why I only use fiber in clear conduits for my home network. Everyone told me I was crazy but I'll show them! Don't get me started on what I do with the other 6 layers of the OSI!
