hi guys i just wanted to find out what the differences between the ke10 and ke11 is?

 

Also is it just my imagination or from looking threw all the ke10 and ke11 photos i could find do some have a different rear end? sometimes some cars look like they have a shorter boot and more rounded then others?? or maybe its just me?

 

any help would be appreciated

It's just you. The differences are the grill, vents in rear pillars, boot lid trim. front apron lights...and I'm sure there's more.

ke10s were first, then there was the update ke10-b, which got ke11 dash, front apron lights (had orange indicator), different grill, rear lights, and trim etc etc. But still had the K (1100) engine...

 

ke11 had all of those things, but got the 3K (1200) engine...

HEAPS OF DIFFERENCES.

 

ANd your prob looking between a KE15/17 to KE10/11 and seeing a shorter boot as sprinters have a whole different rear end.

 

As for difference between KE10 and KE11 HEAPS. also differences between KE11 adn other KE11 of different years.

 

Some thing mentioned above yes also tail lights differed. dash parts, dash layout, aircon system, optional extras changed a lot, running gear were a K or 3K motor but internals changed a lot. suspension even slightly different front strut.

 

Tie rod ends changed, shape of front guards, front indicators on guards, and heaps heaps more. If you give us an exact model KE1X like year month of build. VIN. Pictures etc we can pin point exact differences much much easier.
