I had a group a bar on my vk and it was lowered, I parked behind another guy at work and when he went to leave in his patrol he didn't see my car and reversed smashing the grille. Better off making some sort of agreement with him for the value of the car and get him to pay you that. It would have to be more than an insurance company would pay for it.
