If he claims insurance, don't be surprised if his insurance company writes your car off for market value.

1500? f@$k THAT!!! this was for sale less than a month ago for 3800 (By memory) If i was you I'd make him hand over at least 3000 and still punch him the face. this car was overrated. Feel for ya mate, I might part with one of mine for ya (only because i feel for ya) but they owe me a fair bit so depends on how much he wants to hand over. Thats the bad thing about old cars, you can plow thousands into them but to an insurance company it's still just 'another old corolla'

If you insure with someone like Shannons though you can get an agreed value for what cars like this are truly worth :yes: To a normal insurer though you're right its "just another old rolla" worth like $750.

i am only 21 :( so shannons is shithouse..... tommo if you decide to part with one that would be AMAZING just let me know how much and what i'll get even if i have to save up a bit it would be worth it.
