Hi All,

 

Wondering if anyone has used KYB sierra short strokes in their KE70 - seems that people use the sierra fronts in the rear??? Are they good?

 

Also - does anyone have the part number for these??

I've read a fair few times that they're too short and that there are better alternatives, there is a list around on this site (I think it was this site) somewhere that says what shocks fit and the dimensions of each, a search might find it

Just as a note - the serria being 4wd and offroad capable there'll a good range of lifted shocks for them as well. So your not just limited to standard height, its something most people don't realize.

Pretty much any of them, they have the same shocks.

don't do it, its unsafe. It wont have droop, if you drive it hard your wheels will be airborne at important moments.

That is for VN? Commodore wagon shocks. They are a much better option than the Sierra shocks.

i had sierras and loved them, personal preference though. Didnt really care about droop was just a skid car anyway.

 

If you do decide on them the gabriel guardian series shocks are meant to be a bit stiffer than kyb and cheaper, like $65 a shock
