March 2, 201115 yr comment_506907 Well I've bought a sierra halfway through a 4k conversion and wondering which gearbox this is and where I can get the mounts for it? It is a 5 speed, thats about all I know, looks like some kind of adapter plate between the engine and bellhousing. Report

(use the front mount witch bolts straight up into the hosuing not on the side. aslong as its nice and thick and got a hole in the middle sould be fine. line it up with the x member/drill the holes and she'll be sweet i used a engine mount out of a booze bus generator i found at work :lolcry: Report

March 2, 201115 yr Author comment_507085 I guess because they are easy to find and cheap to get parts for and that stuff. I bought the car with the 4k in it but dodigly mounted and wired, fixing it all up now. The previous sierra I had had the G13a in it and that revved like no tomorrow but loved to smoke. Report
