Hey mate. Yeah ive got a rover 200 sitting at home with a buggered g box. and the efi gear off it looks pretty easy to mod to fit a 4k. ohhhhh hks 2530 would be very nice. How much will that set you back? Thanks mate. :cool:

Sorry, I have the turbo I meant I'm getting the comp cover polished and I'll keep thinking about getting it chromed too, because too lazy to keep polishing it.

Haha cost, I didn't actually hand over cash for it. I built a motor for a mate and he wasn't using the turbo, easy.

I think they retail for like $2,700 but it is second hand I'm still yet to send it off to get checked.

You'll want to make sure what ever ecu you use is boost referenced.

Ok well got my 5k running and it's not quite what i'm after. After owning a 20valve levin that went like hell. Ive purchased a ae86 4age. I'm looking at either turbo charging it or running it on carbys. Whats everyone's thoughts?

$5000 that's abit step. Ive seen them done for next to nothing. I can mount the for age mounts on the standard cross member. Custom make gbox mount. Only problems diff and driveshaft. What other problems do you think ill face?

You have to convert to hydraulic clutch, so ae71 pedalbox and clutch master, plus fuel setup, loom and ecu etc, bit of work..

Hydro clutch shouldn't be a problem. Will just use a vl fuel pump as i have one sitting at homme. Engine came with loom and ecu. Nice car btw bud.

But won't be any less reliable either. How much power do you want? Nothing better than dispatching 4age rollas with a K. Man my old 5k sc/12 setup made 100rwkw in my KE-11 which are light but still modded rexys couldn't pull away in the tight stuff.

But if your boosting the 4age then I'd go for it. You already have that link ecu. Only need to decomp it buy a eBay exh mani and your away!! Oh yeah a VL pump will support about 180rwkw so you'll need a rising rate fuel on top of that too.

Got any vids of your 5k setup? Sounds cool. Yeah Will be boosting the 4age. How much are those exhaust mani's on ebay. Never real used ebay. Aiming for 150kw to start with and build it up from there.
