altezzaclub Posted October 1, 2013 Report Posted October 1, 2013 Arrgh! FLORIDA! No wonder you can't find one! Hopefully someone on here has one, or can get some measurements off one and we can see if something else fits. Have you tried you local brake shop? & are the other ones OK? Not worn where they hook on the shoes? Quote
AMITO69ROLLA Posted October 1, 2013 Author Report Posted October 1, 2013 Hahaha,,,!!!! I know Florida ... I tried all kind of shops auto parts brake shops but no luck .. I did find the brake shoes but not the spring set ... The rest of the springs look good ,no wear or tear on them Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted October 1, 2013 Report Posted October 1, 2013 Try www.toyodiy.com and search the part number and see if it used on anything else. Id look but I'm out on the coal seam with just my phone so its annoying. Quote
parrot Posted October 1, 2013 Report Posted October 1, 2013 The penis of America according to 30 Rock. I laughed. Take the one from the other side into your local brake shop and I'm sure they will be able to match it. Failing that, you could take a punt on the brake spring kits via the USA parts clearing houses on ebay. Search under corolla 1100. Quote

AMITO69ROLLA Posted October 13, 2013 Author Report Posted October 13, 2013 HELP.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
parrot Posted October 13, 2013 Report Posted October 13, 2013 You just need to find an old fashion brake place, or a wrecking yard. Brake shoes are brake shoes. A return spring from something else will fit. Look for another car with a similar size rear drum as a starting point. Find something and try them. If they are right, and from a newer local model, you could then order new ones if you think it necessary. Quote
AMITO69ROLLA Posted October 14, 2013 Author Report Posted October 14, 2013 Believe me i tried all the above , theres not many old fashion brake places around here , and in the wrecking theres only newer models nothing old with front brake drums... Rear drum springs are different. But thanks anyway.... Quote
