I was so excited today. I went to the wreckers and i found something that i have been searching for, for a long time. A/C in a KE55!!!! :)

 

It took me around two hours to dissmantle the whole interior just to get the air-con parts out. Was all good tho, i got myself a pretty good dash for my project car. :cool: I'll take some pics of it when i can but it will be along time till Lolla feels the chill. Even then, with my future plans, i wont be driving her. I'll be giving her to my parents.

Also, would have i needed anything from the bay?? I wont be fitting it myself, i'll be going to a professional so i'd expect all the piping to be done by them.

Did you get the compressor, and the aircon condenser?

I got the condenser. There is another KE55 that i know about which has had its interior removed. I'm gonna get its compressor.

I've made a song for my rolla.

 

I've been working on it for some time now.

I've ripped off the tune from Copacabana (At The Copa)

Lolla hasn't seen much action lately, i've been focusing my attention to my Hardtop, "Skanky-Loue"

 

But now, Lolla has:

WoW, its been ages since i've done anything to Lolla. So yesterday I met up with Teza40 and bought myself a Venitian Blind for Lolla.

 

First i cleaned it up.

 

It was black and rusty, so i decided to sand it back and paint it a more CLASSIC colour. This is the first coat.

 

Its finally in my car.

 

And the two girls together in the yard. CLASSIC SLEEPER

**UPDATE**

 

Well i've finally gotten my car back after a whole week at the Beaters.

 

I had the rust cut out of the gutters and the rust cut out/ stopped the leak in the boot. Sadly i didn't take before pics. Now its time for doof.

 

 

I couple weeks back i fixed my front plate cause everyone kept reminding me that it was hanging by a thread. I decided to get alittle creative and bolt them on with bolts from another KE30/55 bumper. I kinda like the look. Sadlt the plate protectors have left some shit on the plates. I might have to order a new set. I've gotten some chrome bolts for the back too.

 

 

 

Hopefully in the next few weeks i'll get the Twins onto the car. :lolcry:
