  1. ...ebay  thats where mine came from so from all reports i should got rail return - tank inlet - overflow - to fuel rail - correct?
  2. sweet, thanks for your help guys. So far ive done a lil trickery and changedsome lines around so it flows better. will fill it out later when its all hooked up and ready to rock!
  3. weeee.... Finially got my surge tank in! It took an entire month  No really, i just pulled my finger out and bought the correct filter and lines and fittings n shit and viola! Filters of a hyandai excel, which retains the original banjo bolt setup, and by god that saved me a massive amount of time. Tomorow will be some wiring, then hopefully i can scab some hard drawn copper for my intercoooler sometime this week :abuse:
  4. JC807 - what are you useing for a lifter pump? name + part number would be useful. If i could scab your setup for a day id be in heaven  but sadly i aint and it wont happen. Anyway, are you useing a relay for the 070?
  5. Well i have a suge tank... Now its a custom jobbie which makes it hard for me to determine its orignial use. I.E do i fit the return line from the rail to it and let it have a drain to the tank or do i need to have a breather line like the tank thereby eliminating the above idea? heres a (rough) drawing of my tank: return line - return to tank - inlet - outlet - excuse the crappyness  i already have all the line/filters/fittings and just need to know what to do with them :abuse:
  6. Love the back yard machanicie work. Seems like thats how id do mine when trialing it. I say, give it a shot for a bit, then pull it apart again and see if you can fix it better or if it needs fixing. Sort of like goin over your dodgies  (i still am!!!)
  7. bah, i can drive only not dirtly ghey peices of shit like poopy 4k's  $20 an hour? you crazy. Ive paid bitches less than that for a better result. hahaha jk ...No!
  8. If its clunking - its the tie rods. If the wheel can be moved in/out its the wheel bearings. Neither is expensive to fix. edit... take the tie rod off and move the stub. It should be stiff, like almost hard to move. Also check for rusty residue. If its clunking/easy to move/rusty....theyre rooted
  9. hah, soz man cars in gympie like 3 or 4 others just like it. But i dare say ill meet ya one day  ohhh if only i had my helper monkeys i wouldnt be in a kesev quargmire :D
