yeh fuel was set at 4, but since then we have put it down to 3.5, but hasnt changed running at all. i have an adjustable fuel reg on the system, but running that i have a holley red fuel pump

are they any good with the electronic side of things too? as I'm not 100% if its the carbs. it could be ignition. it has a full ice ignition which cost me an arm n a leg, so I'm hoping it aint that

my 86 is running a little rough, and it may be caused by the carbs. i wanna take it to a place where they know there 4age's like the back of their hands. anyone got any help. ive heard that theres a place in the west called twincam performance, where he plays with 82's for track, but not too sure if his still around. I'm in sth east so the closer the better, but any help would be greatly appreciated cheers andy

the 86 will be up for this. although it will still be in running in stage, so all u fwd boys can get the wood over me on this one!

apparently carbon was stuck on the seat valve, as the piston come back up, it bent the valves in cylinder no 4. got it fully reconditioned now, so should be grouse to drive

pls don't have a run too soon, my 86 has just been in for a full rebuild and will need to be ran in a fair bit before i give it a bit. found out that valves and pistons don't mix when they touch!!! :nervous:
