don't see why, wouldnt that add added stress?
i know on the E7 there is a circle ridge bit near the 3 bolts, the strut brace sits on that perfect... mine was about 2mm longer on each side... seemed fine.
Found it kept the steering lighter for longer.
you don't move the chassis with the Brace  .....
as stated over the years the strut towers can either move in or a mm or 2, which is enough for the brace to line up.
As for adjustable ones and why, its just handy
thats not the Only prob Si... the Stud spacing on the top hats are different. KE30 ones sit closer together.
AE86 and KE70/AE71 will use the same Brace.. just make sure you get an adjustable one when going from 86 to E7's
Well i don't live in hobart, i don't know the car and i don't know your industry... its the first ive heard of this car, heard of you..
Good luck on it all, keen for Engine bay shots when you got the 3S in
dunno bout the chrome mate, Will let ya know anyway. think the red one is the bent one.
Think Ben got me good one :| :D.
Car looks nice though, needs to be lower haha
Pretty much, off to get some paint to redo center tomorrow,
And the polish the outside.. piece back together and find some tyres for them.
when flipped I'm guessing its like -20 offset or more, its like an inch past guard :hmm:
