I was at the wreckers today and couldn't find any 6 cylinder Holden's with a drainage hole. They were all just like my KE55's box.

Would have been cheaper to just park in the street and wait.

I got my mats today. And the good news is that they cover the areas that the carpet had been cut out. Its a quick fix so I can have her rego'd sooner. I will get new carpet eventually but this just means I can spend my money elsewhere. (Like rust repairs).

I went to the wreckers today and bought a new glove box. And I bought a shelf for under the dash that suits an early dash. I got a quote for all the early KE3x seats for it too. A bit pricey and will need to be re-trimmed but will look good eventually.

Oh I like. I hope to paint my wagon that colour.

Both my spare early trimatics don't have drainage holes.

I might check the box that I got out of the red hardtop. It was a 79 model.

Hey guys, I feel really dumb. I can't figure out how the hell I'd go about draining my gearbox in my hardtop. I've gone under the car and seen what looks like the sump but there is no plug?? I've looked it up in my manuals and they are pretty much useless. It doesn't give you a diagrame of where I have to drain it. I could always just remove the tail-shaft and let it all leak out when I pull the engine out but I would make a mess on the driveway. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Jon.
