  1. Sorry Teddy, probably a bit harsh there, I was in a bit of a funny mood... :D
  2. In all honesty (maybe I'm too old or something), no I didn't understand that. Bord = Bored in = in a = a spare = spare @ = at? school = school "Bored in a spare at school"??? I take it you meant you were bored at school? Or maybe "spare" = "stair" in which case you were bored in a stair(well) at school? Or maybe an "@" is a description of some sort, in which case maybe you were bored in a spare "@" school, where the school is described as "@"? Oh oh, I know. Maybe "spare" = "stare", then it would be "Bored in a stare at school", which would kinda mean "bored while staring at school"? Or is it "bored while staring in school"? I really don't know.
  3. Are you going for the Can't-Spell-Of-The-Year award?
  4. It will probably work, except I recon a traditional style motor would be a lot more efficient...
  5. Mumblezz: You have too many friends :poke: Hehe, j/k Nicely put :D That said, I did stand around and laugh and point at the people who did spin out and stuff, and I was parked in the car park and not out there having a go  Does that make me a "poser" and "shit talker" too?
  6. Yeah very little happens over lunch time :D In fact I didn't even know there was going to be a lunch time so there I was stuffing my face after I had my 3rd run, and then I was all ready to go for my 4th run and they went "oh, the red flag is out, it's lunchtime..." So then I was just bored. Got to talk to some interesting people over lunch though, although I don't remember any of their names  Mumblezz rocked up for a tick toward the end of the day, I was a bit busy at the time (going out for my 5th run, and I'm not very sociable when I'm in "focus-mode" as some of you who've been out motorkhana with me would probably know by now...) and when I came back he was gone... Oh well, catch up next time :poke:
  7. Irokin: hehe, no not saying you're not fun/friendly/helpful etc etc, just made an observation that you got bored at autocross and had fun at drift day, and I had fun at autocross and got bored at drift day :D
  8. Oh, just the "no-i-don't-have-time-for-you-cause-i'm-a-drifter-and-i'm-too-cool-for-school" attitude. I dunno, that morning at the autocross it was my first time there, I knew probably about 4 other people, but most everyone was still very friendly and happy to tell you what was going on or give advice or have a laugh together or tell you a story about something or other, one other person in a Renault Clio Sport even went out of his way to make sure that I was going okay and explained how the day was run etc etc. Quite a different atmosphere at the drift day...
  9. Heh, I was the opposite. I had my fun, I went to watch "zee drifting", got bored, got pissed off by wankers with attitude, went home. I think I've gotten used to the very helpful and friendly bunch of the motorkhana/khanacross/autocross/rally/other-form-of-motorsport world and assuming that other "motorsport" people would be just as fun to be around...
  10. Well said, Mel.
  11. 4th in class, 22nd outright. Bummer, missed out on 3rd place by about 5 seconds  Must try harder next time. On a more positive note, yes I had a great time today :D
  12. Teddy: did you take that? If so, yes that is cool :D
  13. Yes, spectating should be free.
  14. So... is anyone actually interested in coming to this event?
  15. Dammit, everyone disputing the results, looks like I no longer score any championship points :D

  19. 1000mm = 100cm = 1m??? That's BIG. And as you already know, you don't need P's to do motorkhanas :D As long as you can get to the events, you can compete
