if i recall correctly the camry headgasket is a total bitch of a job as there is very little clearance around the motor and a lot of other parts need to come out... at least thats what i seem to remember

people do some strange things! but hey it works :) what i use is ... actually i have no idea what its called but its like a giant syringe with a plastic tube on the end, you can buy them at repco for about $15, one of the best tools i own! i hate those damn gear oil bottles with their squeezy pipe things argghghghgh!

irokin - i take it you mean the sandwich plate under the oil filter? i got it directly from earl's - they also do a remote filter kit which is just as easy to fit. it has a plate which you mount over where the oil filter usually goes and you run lines to the remote filter mount (and you mount it wherever you want) and then back... you can route the lines off to a cooler on the way back as well, pretty easy. depending on how urgently you want one ill be parting with mine to go for the remote kit sometime after the qld jamboree (sept)
