i looked on international ebay for a te27 dash and its like $750 shipped for the dash plus cluster shipped. thats a major rip off i believe? where did you aqquire yours? somewhere cheaper no doubt?

it doesnt need a mod plate, but you can't drive a car with engine midifications or any non std motor for that matter so that rules out a ge conversion. edit: on yours p's that is.

yerr i completely agree with that. it would be way stiff. its just a street car, nothing special. does any body no what sort of free height the spring would need to be to get it sitting nice and low? also whats the spring diameter jsut curiously?

as title says, unsure about what to get? also what kilo spring would you recomend a for something abit firmer yet bareable for street driving. so recommendations? parts numbers? prices? please?

these are some random questions but I'm jsut doing some research before 100% committing to selling my car as ive been undecided as i to wether i want to continue building it or not? so here goes.... 1. do ke55 struts and diffs bolt straight into ke20s? 2. if so, whilst changing my stud pattern in the process is there a set of steelies i can use that mean i can still use std ke20 hubbies? 3. do they make aftermarket shocks and springs for both ke20 and ke55 struts? where may i aqquire some? cheers, andrew. edit: spelling.

well i searched and read the faq on getting a k50 into my 4k ke20. though I'm curious, so to the people that have done it, do you really need to actually cut the floor as irokin has suggested in the article? can you perform the conversion without doing it? edit: also do i still use the std tailsahft, as i can assume a k50 might be longer than a k40?

personally i think you are being nieve, lets hear from the parents on rollaclub? don't all you parents out there wanna to give your kids the world, if you had the money to accomodate your childs wants your gonna do the best thing by him/her. i persnoally think it may be taken over board, kids these days need to get motivated to work for their money not having it handed to them. i know this best, as some of my best mates have been given everything from s15s to 350z's to is200s to audis to m3s, whilest i work 7 days a week trying to rightfully earn my way in life. as unfair as it is, i even know within myself i would give my son everything i couldnt have, i would want him to have a better life than i had. my 2 cents anyhoo.
