Is anyone running a 3vz, mz or gr v6 in any front engined rwd pre 84 corollas celicas? Ive been looking at the torque of all the toy v6 engines are their weights designs etc. I will be happy with 230hp for a supercharged v6 as I'm interested in torque VZ-e 8v heads are very light, cheap new and very compact for engine space. The 3vz-e heads on a 3mzfe bottom end all head bolts line up and all water galleries more or less match up, oil feed is spot on and oil drain is easy. VZ-e e heads just need little opening up on water galleries after looking at the gaskets its all very possible. Some oil drain holes on MZ need sealing etc. Might seem a brain fart in a world of multivalve twin cams for everything but at 8.2kg lighter each than 4v heads thats 16kg all up top! that I like. M90 eatons are cheap from 3.8L buicks and single 2 inch SU is enough no pollution gear is required here on birthplace Islands of Toyota :) Is there a way to fit any 6 speed boxes for rwd or a way to fully manualize some sort of modern 5 or 6 speed rwd lexus or ft86 transmission?

Have to start with any 2tc or 3tc block 85mm bores and go OS to 86mm pistons for it Rods would be either from the Y motors or something custom or modified from stock

isnt it better to use the 3y crankshaft as its 86mm which would make a nice streeter for and 86mm bore 2tc = 1998cc the 4y is 91mm stroke and the 3tc is 78mm so I would prefer 86mm all day long and if you are to sleeve the 2tc might as well go all the way to 91mm and use mitsubishi astron pistons but 86 x 86 mm would be no sweat.

It hasnt been match ported its got original cast mark inside so your match porting suggetion is bogus, as for high port, never heard of an exhaust high port manifold so its getting boring

The inlet mani was not paired to the inlet, just asking about the inlet never asked anything about the exhaust as they are nothing to do with high port inlet manis and the inlet has a twin downdraft setup so two holes up top :) also there was another inlet with the twin but had way smaller inlet ports.
