Real tall acutally, compared to the original 12's that is. I'm not sure of the exact size but running 175/70/14 on front and 195/65/14 on the rear. Any lower and it would scrape, but at the moment I can go to full lock without any problems, bumps don't make much of a difference unless it's a significant bump.

My camera? Just a canon 400D, nothing special. Exhaust isnt for everyone, i like it though.

What sort of hub caps are you after? Trim rings can be brought quite easily, otherwise if you want full caps Wreckers or maybe eBay? I'm not sure what suits the early Mazda wheels, i had a set of an 808 and just about any 13" hubcap seemed to fit.

I'm looking for some good spots at the moment that's for sure! Let me know when your going to head out! Yep absolutely love them. They dramatically reduce blind spots, they might take a couple of drives to get used to but after they i can't imagine using side mirrors again. Not having to take your eyes off the road to see in your mirrors helps too. Took another snap on the way home from work the other day too:

Ive seen your 55 getting around Salisbury, looks so so clean loving all the work you've done with her!

Hey mate are you running a 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern? Or are these wheels available in 4 x 110?

Their terriable quality, I don't them without a tripod! Shutter delay without a tripod is always a diaster. Hopefully I'll take some high quality shots this week. I used to have the fat premium plates front and back but it made the front end look a little bit too chunky. The slim plate at the front gives a slightly speaker look.

Took a couple of practice shots tonight, bad quality buy you get the idea. Next week sometime I'm going to go out and take some good quality snaps with a tripod and the right camera settings this time. Troy

That's the look I'm going for, too many nanna spec corolla's getting around these days :bash:

Tiffany! (That's the yellow one name since 1973) Your still alive! Yay. Take good care of that car that's the best daily Ive every had, good to see shes getting a new body, although rust wise her's wasn't that bad i thought, it had dents but that was the major thing. Whats your plans? Keeping it old school? Leaving the red wheels with the flappers?
-
I know the pipes are a bit of a risk the majority of the car is! It's very quiet so that helps alot. I'm very careful about where I drive it too, I don't drive it around at night and I drive like a grandma always, so it helps abit. Not that I know of, unless the new owner put it on? Don't have a link by any chance?

Ill get some pics of the interior later in the week, just cream stock in good condition. As far as the sound system its only jammed in at the moment so i could get it up and running. Ill be fibreglassing some stuff soon to tidy things up. The yellow one is gone now, she's in NSW somewhere i sold her 6 months ago. I'm keen for some cruises as long as i don't end up with a yellow sticker :P

Thats down at my pop's farm. Not the best back drop i was hoping the fence was down so i could drive into the paddock :P Yup that was me although it was in the white one (it had red wheels at the time), the yellow one was sold around 6months ago to NSW. Your 70 looked nuts, love the fender mirrors. Good work around the round about haha Because its got such a nice stereo I'm trying to keep sound to a minimum so its silent just about. But on my yellow car once upon a time i had twin pipes straight out the extractors on a 4K and it sounded tough as nails, around 100dB it was loud and nasty. Then i changed to a single and it killed the sound a little.

The Pics were only very very quick, the car wasn't even 100% clean, ill try to take some nice pics in a good backdrop in the next few weeks. Plans: 5 Speed Tidy up Stereo Install and Interior Front Lip Flares Wide 13" wheels Tidy up paint job, as the Grandma that drove it had a few minor scrapes and there's a couple bad touch ups i can improve on. I got them off eBay, a guy in NZ makes them. I got 59mm to suit my old Mazda steelies but that ment i had to grind a smidge off the front hubs to get them to fit. With toyota wheels i think you could go about 62mm? I would have to measure to be exact

It started out Granny spec like my yellow ke20, but I'm going towards the JDM look at the moment because there's heaps of granny spec cars getting around these days. Yellow Rolla:

Done! Cost about $40 :P http://www.rollaclub.com/board/?showtopic=27735

Hey Guys here's my KE20. Ive had it for about 5 months now after selling my yellow KE20. Its very clean and tidy and has no rust in her, being original paint that's a fair effort. It has been owned by a grandma for the past 37 years and has only traveled 45,000km all up so shes in great condition. Recently the poor 3K done a bearing so its been replaced with a 5K with a holden trimatic behind it. Although it will be switched out for a 5 speed in up and coming months. Drivetrain: 5K Completely Stock 3 Speed Trimatic Interior: Stock Cream White Dash Venetian Blind Suspension: King Springs Up front Flipped Rear Leaves Stereo: Dynaudio 3 Way Splits Run Actively Alpine, DD, and JL Amps JL 13" Sub Excessive Dynamat Alpine 9835 CD Player (Glovebox) All Built for Sound Quality Wheels: 14 x 5.5 Steelies a custom Frank Special 2" Flapper Whitewalls Custom Bullet centercaps Exterior: JDM Celica Fender mirrors Stainless Pipes for exhaust Plans: 5 Speed Front Lip Wide 13" wheels Paint Enjoy!

That's the one. I'm a Personal Trainer working at the fitness first there. Still haven't decided on the wheels yet. I'm just Trying a few things out and last thing will be wheels if they get changed.

I know, I'm sure there is a few things defectable on my corolla. But there is nothing dangerous and from my experience as long as your not doing anything stupid on the roads police tend to leave me alone, it too slow to be a hoon car anyway!
-
Ive been using fender mirrors for the last 2 years or so, absolutely love them. I really find them much easier to use then regular door mirrors and to me their more functional due to less of a blind spot. On my old ke20 i had some aftermarket 4" mirrors which were fantastic, and on this car i've got JDM celica mirrors (i preferred celica mirrors over corolla mirrors) and both sets have been great. As far as looks go i just think they can give certain cars a very JDM look right away using them, i've never had anything but positive comments come from this car. I was at a hot rod meet/show the other day and my corolla was getting just about as much attention as the cars in the show!

Ok, no tint that's decided. What illl do is start painting bits and pieces black and I'll leave the wheels to last and make my decision. I really just want some 13 x 9's on the rear :yak:
-
Although i would love to extend my wheel options my finances don't allow it at the moment. Ultimately i would like some SSR style meshies with black centers. But since i have these 14" Steelies with brand new tyres and multiple sets of white walls lying around I'm stuck with these for a while. I'm not going for drastic changes, just a few things to change shade, also a JDM style front lip will be going on there within the months to come.
-
Ive had the for a while, 50's Style wheels, 14" Steelies with a 'spike' hubcap in the center. I'm just getting bored with them now.

Those fender mirrors are already bolted to the guards so I'm probably not taking them off! Their probably one of my favorite things about my 20 anyway.
