Ive had this happen before, i pulled my indicator switch and level apart cleaned everything and made sure all wiring was 100% put it back together and it worked? As far as i could see i didn't change anything but something done the trick. Probably not going to help you alot but something to try last resort? Check all globes too, sounds stupid but when ive got a blown globe my indicators don't work at all but my hazards still do?

I just got in touch with my tyre guy, theres no price difference between 13" and 14" so I'm thinking possibly 14" superlights. Only thing is that they come in a negative 7 offset instead of 0. How would i go running 14x7 -7 on the rear? Assuming i fitted some stretched tyres such as 175's possibly? Also how would the front go? possibly have to op for 14x6 -7's? I know that was me being an idiot, I'm thinking while running the standard diff and 5k maybe 8's would be max on the rear. I was planning the flare the guards quite considerably, and as far as legality was concerned it wasn't coming into consideration, my pipes hanging 20cm our the rear of the car stand out more at the moment. As far as stretch goes most i would realistically run is 195 on an 8" rim so not overly noticeable and not completely nuts. Although benzo has got me into not cutting up the guards now, maybe a set of 13x7 all round would look better. I'm thinking the rear would still have to be pumped a little but nothing too dramatic. Also its more realistic considering my drive train at the moment, and they still look hot, nick super lights have a fair chunk of dish thats for sure.

Are your superlights 4x114.3?

I haven't actually considered no flares? Maybe a set of 13 x 7 all round would look better? Maybe it needed a slight pump of the rear guards? What do people thing? Anyone got any pics of some low offset wheels on a ke20? I had a look on yahoo but could only find 114.3

Who said anything about handling? lol I'm not too fussed since its my daily driver, with flipped springs (will be reset soon) it doesnt handle all that great now. I'm running huge 5k power, maybe even 15rwkw!

I have been considering the superlight style, i can get the cheaper from my tyer place, although more of a euro look in my opinion. maybe if i just run some 13 x 10 on back with some 195's it will give it that jap look? Time to cut the shit out of the guards!

Hey guys what are the chance of finding some jdm style wheels for ke20? ideally I'm after some SSR style meshies, but i want a staggered setup something like 13 x 7 on front and 13 x 9 on rears, has anyone seen anything in a 4x110 bolt pattern? What are my options and where would i hunt down some?

You'll pay more for R100 stockies than most ke20s!

The re-drilled celica wheels as i was talking about in your other thread!

Their Celica rims as fas as i know, came off a RA23 or RA28. Although i think later corolla rims such as Ke70 wheels are very very similar.

can't get them mate, lots of mazda 13" wheels will fit but their mostly 13 x 4.5 Other options are 'frank specials' which are celica 14 x 5 rims re-drilled to 4x110 bolt pattern, and ive heard of a few people running some 4 x 108 rims with success? I'm not sure on that one. Ive got 14 x 5 Steelies on my ke20.

Ive replaced my door pullers on both my ke20's with chrome drawer handles! Its the way to go honestly! Suits the era much better than the crap that come standard haha

That's the goal with this one, i loved my granny spec 20 but this is just something a little different. Love driving this and checking out everyone looking at it.

Their not great, if your doing something stupid then you'll get done, I've been lucky since I drive like a grandma I don't get much attention. I've died stuff before and your right it doesn't last forever I wanted to see what it was going to look like before I got them retrimmed though, the look isn't for everyone I like it though.

What do you mean? there's no structural change there, ke20 have huge ports in the parcel shelf standard they are usually just covered with the wood parcel shelf. Ive just made a parcel shelf that takes advantage of those ports. Besides if I'm going to get pulled over i think my rear shelf is the last thing i have to worry about haha.

Ohh forgot to mention the 'holes' in the parcel shelf are for letting bass travel into the cabin much more effectively, they are filled with a thin piece of cloth.

Out of the interior? Nothing really I haven't spend anything more than small change for paint, vinyl, glue and wood, thats about it. If you count the stereo the cost of that was through the roof though...

Yep just some 10mm MDF with a bit of glassing to space out the speaker, since there stupidly deep and wont fit in the door flush by a long way, and then wrapped in white vinyl.

Done a little interior work lately. -New Trims -Dyes Seats (Temporary until re-trim) -Stereo Pods -Kick Panels -Parcel Shelf -Console with GPS -Old falcon wheel (Dish!) Looks Sex if you ask me :) Ohh also rocking a black Venetian now.
