Hawthorn Cornes Toyota aint too bad. They have helped me out alot with 82 parts. Again as said by parrot, i go in with part numbers and they flick round on the two different 'catalogues' looking. As an example i had on of the girls there ringing previous buyers of a particular product to sus out that one guy never used the item and hence put it on a shelf, to which got sent to me :P
