this is what I'm chasing they even have adjustable top hats which look exactly like ones guys on this site have made. They even look the same as the aus ones. I have been to europe and checked out rollas there . They run the same struts as we do. And seeing the sr5 is the same shape i presumed they would be the same as the body shape is the same. and the strut tops look very similar

hi, am just wondering is it possible to buy a adjustable front strut assembly off the shelf for a ke20. i saw on an internet site adjustable strut hats for ke20 to adjust camber, they also had the adjustable spring, which u can just screw up or down to give it more tension. thus altering the ride hide upto 2.5inch. Are these sold in australia as i have not seen any around my area in melb.

leave him negative feed back, that way people will know about the rubbish he sells. For a boot lid rubber on my old ke20 i had i used the seal off the re tailgate of a Ford ed fairmont wagon. i just had to cut it . owrked a treat. the boot just closed nice and firm on it. it even has the wind lacing on it to clip it onto the lip of the boot. no glue required.

hi I'm just wondering if anyone has replaced there ke10 rear wheel cylinders with ke20 ones. Will they fit straight in. Its just i have replaced my ke10 master cylinder to a tandem 11/16 and wanna run bigger wheel cylinders. to my knowledge ke20 run and 11/16 master cylinder so I'm thinking the rear wheel cylinders would match my new ones. Can anyone confirm if they fit or have done this pls

100% true to the advice given we could be liable. I'm a qualified mechanic and 3yrs ago i lost a very good friend in a car accident. The accident happened as they had chopped the springs in a VL commodore . They were doing a good speed and got slighty airbourne over a rise / hump in the road. As they were airbourne the diff saggs to try keep the wheels on the road. Cos the springs were chopped and alot shorter than than should be they fell out of there mounting saddles and the vehicle come down with the spring cocked sideways , giving absolutely no spring. When the car hit the road it was like a rock bouncing across water. It bounced so hard it threw the car sideways and rolled instantly for round about 50mtrs. I know speed were a factor but us guys in the workshop knew the springs were a big contributing factor. It just reminds me our hobby of cars is the greatest thing but can also be the worst thing if not treated with respect. Any mods do them properly or don't do them at all. Remember its not only you but other people who use our roads. Would you wanna live with the thought of hurting another road user cos you wanted chopped springs cos they make the car look good. And no they don't necessarily make the car handle good. When you loose such a good young mate to something so small like chopped springs it cuts you up pretty deep to never do it. After all how much are a set of lowered springs or off set struts. NOT AS MUCH AS SOMEONES LIFE
